Tumbler handles, sleeves, add-ons, and related accessories must be installed and used correctly. Unless specifically stated in a listing, tumblers, epoxy, adhesives, tools, and display items are not included.

Hemitts Creations is not responsible for damage caused by improper installation, incorrect use, modification, exposure to excessive heat, or use of a product for a purpose other than its intended application.

Products are not toys and should be kept away from small children and pets unless a listing specifically states otherwise.

Digital Products

Digital products may include STL, 3MF, or other downloadable files. No physical product is shipped with a digital purchase unless expressly stated in the product listing.

Purchasing a digital file does not transfer ownership of its copyright or design rights. Digital files may not be copied, shared, redistributed, resold, uploaded to other platforms, or claimed as the purchaser’s own work except where expressly permitted by a separate written license.

Any commercial-use rights are governed by the license terms included with the product or membership through which the file was obtained.
